A trip around the Lehigh Valley ~ Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton Pennsylvania during Hurricane / Superstorm Sandy. All photos and video were shot on Monday, October 29, 2012.
This area was spared the heavy rain and flooding but received severe wind damage. Tree’s came down everywhere and with it, power lines. Hundreds of thousands of customers were without power in the tri-county area for days after the storm.
Roofs were blown off, tree’s came crashing down on houses and apartment buildings, transformer explosions lit up the sky like lightning. The area’s three cities were left in the dark.
